Here is a brief summary of The Main Company Energy program. The Main Company specialize in Solar and EV Charging . We are offering at no cost to our Clients, EV Chargers and Solar Panels.
I will begin with the EV Chargers. These are interactive, super chargers Level 3. Level 3 are universal so any electrical vehicle can hook up to them, from cars to semi's. Contracts for EV 6 years and Solar Panels Installation 30 years. They take approximately 20 minutes to go from a no charge to 80% charge. They are interactive. If you have a location that would like to advertise or promote their items, they can do so.
I use parks for example. If someone goes to a City park, they can hook up to the system and type in where they would like to go. It can draw a map from where they are to where they would like to go.
If there are restaurants, shops, etc., in the area they can be shown the menus, items etc that your company have.
If someone is driving down the road and need to find a charging station, it will pull up all the locations and what each location offers. So do they want to spend hours at a Tesla location, or do they want to go to a park and look around. Normally they would opt to go to the park. Also, these chargers are remotely monitored. If anything goes wrong, the tech department will be immediately notified what the issue is and be able in most cases to correct it.
If for some reason they are not able to remotely fix the problem, the next motherboard installed in each charger will take over until the maintenance technician can manually resolve the problem. The Main Company will install their own electrical meter, so no cost of electricity to run these chargers will ever be hooked to the customer's electric bill. If you would like to have canopies installed, we again will do so at no cost so customers can sit in a shaded area while their automobile is charging. They also come with security cameras, the same type as at an ATM, so areas are monitored 24/7. Next is solar panels. These are battery equipped. They can reduce if not eliminate any electric bill. They are also continuously monitored.
The excess amount of energy stored is then sold to the local power company.
We have in place with every electric utility company throughout the United States, agreements to provide them with excess electricity and sell them at the most profitable times.
The solar panels, can be ground or roof placed. This includes canopies as found at parks. If for some reason, the roofs are not in good condition with a minimum of 5 yr lifespan, we will replace the roof, again at no cost to the customer. We use wifi. So we place wifi, again at no cost, with 2 routers. One is used by The Main Company for monitoring, the other is for the customer to use as they would like for employees or customers. Each location is assessed by our engineers and technical teams for EV chargers and solar panels. There is no commitment to anything until the final decision to proceed with the project implementation is made by the customer. The initial process is to get the address of the location, a contact name, number and email and a current electric bill.
Then the AI will go to work and look at the location by latitude and longitude. It will begin calculating. The second step is you will get a login and password, if the location is accepted.
From the website you will be able to monitor each step and access any documentation on your property needed to proceed.
You again are not obligated to do anything until the final contract is signed by the customer and countersigned by the Main Company and you will never invest a penny.
In the background after your initial process begins, we invest the money to have the engineers, technicians and anything else needed to do our due diligence to ensure your property is a good fit. You invest nothing. Lastly, we do revenue sharing. For each EV charger you have placed, we will deposit into your account 50% of the net income.
For each sale of excess power to the power companies you will again receive 50% of the net income. This is a great way for your company to increase revenue for other projects. The Contracts are for 6 years for EV chargers and 30 years for the Solar panel. During this period we will upgrade each as they become more technically advanced. So, the Main Company will provide the product, the installation and maintenance for our products.
Because we own the products, we insure them. You will never be asked to put a penny into the project.
The contracts are transferable. You will get a statement each month in your file of what was used, what was sold and your revenue share of each item. I believe this is an awesome opportunity for your company. They can be at all your facilities
